G5100A 50MHz Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generator can create stable, precise, clean and low distortion sine waves by using DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) Technology. With fast rise and fall times up to 25 MHz for square waves and 200KHz for linear ramp waves , the G5100A also can reach users』 demand on waveforms.It can generate variable-edge-time pulses up to 10MHz. With variable period, pulse width and amplitude the G5100A is perfectly suited to applications requiring a flexible pulse signal. it can generate complex custom waveforms. With 14-bit resolution, and 125 MSa/s sampling rate, the G5100A offers users the flexibility to create waveforms. The 6 1/2 digit M3500A DMM is designed with 71/2 digit techniques to provide user a stable, faster and accurate measurement.The M3500A is engineered with expertise to reach such a high performance: both of the sampling rate and the data transfer rate can achieve 2000 readings per second. There are 11 measurements and 8 math functions : DCI, DCV, ACI, ACV, 2WΩ, 4WΩ, Frequency, Period, Diode Test, Continuity, Temperature, Limits, Ratio, MX+B, %, dB, dBm, Min/Max, and Null. In addition, Trigger and Memory functions are also involved. All functions above facilitate your measurement applications better. Our thermal measurement functions support two types of measurements: Thermocouples and RTDs. For thermocouples, we support up to seven types of sensors: J, K, T, E, N, S and R, using a NIST Monograph 175 reference table. Moreover, for the RTDs temperature conversions, we adopt three types of standard: ITS-90, IEC751 and Callendar-Van Dusen standard in our thermal measurement functions. All these are made for user's convenience.The M3500A supports up to 10 channels (2-pole) multi-point scan. For using this option, user needs to have an additional multi-point scanner card (Model M3500-opt01) The installation of the multi-point scanner card is very easy - just turn the power off and plug in the multi-point scanner card, and it is done!This model comes with a unique 5x7 dot matrix, VFD dual displays with three-color annunciators. User can easily distinguish each symbols by their colors.This model has an excellent performance on noise immunity. The core of this DMM is a powerful multi-slope analog to digital converter (A/D converter) This special A/D converter (p.s. patent is pending) helps the DMM to reach high-speed sampling rate, filters out most noise, and still keeps a good measurement linearity. In addition, to reduce the environmental background noise, we have added four sets of earth ground on the meter's front panel. And the copper conductors inside the meter also contribute to reducing thermal EMFs.The M3500A Series is equipped with a standard USB interface. This easy-to-use and hot plug-in USB interface has a high data-transfer rate over 2000 readings per second. It allows your DMM to reach a truly high speed, both internal sampling rate and I/O data rate, thus increase the measurement speed of your DMM.

The Remote-Control Software, PT-TOOL & PT-LINK, is free and easy for user’s application. PT-TOOL is a stand-alone software which can imitate virtual M3500A operations on the PC, and allow users to transmit data in Excel format. In addition, PT-LINK under the Microsoft Word & Excel application provides users a simple function of getting values and diagrams.

The Cleverscope CS328A is a USB 2.0 mixed signal PC oscilloscope which brings benefits to the user that are unavailable from traditional stand-alone oscilloscopes.
Its innovative approach delivers an unbeatable combination of affordability, ease of use and documentation of test results with the simple "Copy and Paste Facility.

  • Two 10, 12 or 14 bit analog channels sampling simultaneously at 100 MSa/sec. AC or DC coupled.
  • USB 2.0 Interface to the PC or 10/100Mbit ethernet, depending on option
  • Gain automatically set from 20mV full scale to 800V full scale by choosing graph view and probe switch setting.
  • Offset automatically set to correspond to the selected amplitude axis view. As an example a graph with amplitude axis of 2.40 to 2.42V automatically chooses a 20mV range offset by +2.40V - good for looking at small signals in single supply op-amp applications.
  • Analog triggering of the waveform in view with a resolution of 1% of the display height. The analog trigger may optionally be conditioned with a low pass, high pass or noise filter.

  • The sample storage may be allocated as between 2 to 3000 frames varying in size from 4M to 2000 samples. These may be used as a history store for reviewing previously captured signals, or to capture up to 3000 trigger events with a minimal inter-frame delay, while maintaining time relative to the first trigger for all succeeding frames.
  • 20 MHz 5th order Anti-alias filter for improved Spectrum Analysis performance.
